Andrea Elson

Andrea Hope Elson was an American actress. Elson, who began in acting as a child actor/model and later as a an actress professionally, is famous for her portrayal of Alice Tyler as seen on the CBS science-fiction drama. Andrea was a candidate for the lead role in ALF, the 1986 hit show. She won. She continued to work for a long time on different successful TV shows and Movies of the Week before going into the entertainment field in order to spend time with her children. ALF was a difficult period for Andrea Elson, who played Lynn Tanner, the teenage daughter of Kate and Willie. People's 2000 retrospective on Elson revealed that it was hard for her to grow as a female on the audience on a sitcom. The green-eyed New York City native grew in her travels due to the job in advertising that her father was employed in. Prior to turning ten the actress had been living at New York Chicago San Diego Los Angeles. Andrea had her first successful audition San Diego after she got an agent. Fusco stated that ALF was 285-years-old and could drink beer. ALF became more and increasingly popular with children, so NBC advised Fusco not to drink since kids were watching. ALF is not a good example to follow. However, even though Fusco believed that ALF was an adult he is able to do what he does with way he wants to - alcohol ... Death. In 1995, he was diagnosed with lymphoma. He was successfully cured and continued to be in remission up to the end of 2019. The illness took his life on 26 June 2019 when he was 75. His funeral was held at the Lillian Booth Actors Home, Englewood NJ.
