Anne Marie Tiernon started her career working at WMBD-TV 31 Peoria Illinois in 1989. From 2000 until 2004 Tiernon was anchor of the newscast at WLWT-TV in Cincinnati Ohio as the anchor of the 5-6 and 11 p.m. newscasts alongside the veteran anchor Dave Wagner. Tiernon is an Emmy award-winning journalist, who has reported on significant and minor news stories over her professional career.
