Mena Alexandra (born on the 13th of February 1979) is a model and actress hailing from the United States of America. She started her modeling career in 1990. She soon shifted to acting following appearances as a guest on TV shows such as Boy Meets World or High Incident. She made her film debut in the drama film Nowhere. With American Beauty and American Pie the actress gained more recognition in her roles. She has appeared alongside the co-star of American Pie Jason Biggs in Loser (2000) as well as the main character on the screen in Sugar & Spice (2001). She had appearances in the independent drama Spun and in the 2004 thriller film Trauma. In 2004, she appeared in HBO's series Six Feet Under. She received nominations for the Screen Actors Guild Award for 2005 in the category of Outstanding Ensemble. In 2008, she was featured in several films including Day of the Dead The Mysteries of Pittsburgh as well as the movie adaptation of The Garden of Eden. Suvari was featured in numerous blog and fashion publications as well as Vogue. She's an official Lancome model, and is featured on print advertisements for Lancome Paris Adaptive.
