Alison Krauss

Alison Krauss, born in Decatur, Illinois on 23 July 1971, is an incredibly popular and well-off Country Singer. She and LeAnn Kymes were among the youngest winners of the Grammy Award. Alison Maria Krauss was born in July of 1971. Alison is a bluegrass and country singer. She began to work in the music business in the early years of her life. When she was 10 years old, she took part in local contests, and then recorded her debut album. She signed to Rounder Records in 1985 and released her first single album, a solo one in the year 1987. After that, she was asked to be a part of Alison Krauss Union Station, her current band that she sings together. Her first album in a group with this band came out in the year 1989.
